Manali Part II

Hello, love ones,

I hope you all are safe and staying at home!! We have to stop spreading this COVID19. And we will do it.
Nothing is permanent neither this COVID19!!

Today I want to share my 2nd day at Manali. It was an amazing day. My angel finally got to see snow!! she was super excited.

Skiing in Solang Valley:

We reach Solang valley. It is about 14km from Manali. Owing to the geography of the valley and its heavy snowfall-prone trait, Solang valley has turned into a major ski destination in India. Tourists while traveling to Manali often travel to Solang for its adventure fueled geography. Solang is little before Rohtang Pass; another major tourist attraction in the region.
After reaching there we did Zip Lining and most existing Skiing. Those experiences were beyond words. I can share the pic you can have a look. And you can see how happy my angel was :)

After playing a lot in the snow we moved toward Vashisht Hot Water Springs and Temple.
It is a very beautiful place. It is believed that the temple has a history of more than 4000 years and the interiors of the shrine feature wooden carvings, antique figures, and paintings. What makes this destination even more unique is the presence of hot springs that are believed to hold healing properties. What’s more, the place also offers modern-day visitors a glimpse into the old history of Manali. You can also enjoy some shopping in the surrounding area – the woolens here are very famous.

I hope you like those pictures and you enjoyed it, as we did.
Awaiting for your comments.
Again, please stay home, stay safe. We will beat this COVID19.

Manali Part I

Hello All!!

We all are waiting for some relief from this COVID-19, aren't we? Let's pray for our wellness and sound health.

Stay Home, Stay Safe!!

At the start of this month, we went to Manali(Himachal Pradesh-India). This was the demand of our angel. She wanted to snow. So we planned this vacation after her exam.

Today here I want to tell about this trip in short. I am not a travel blogger, but just trying to explain our trip story. Hope you will enjoy it.

After exhausting travel when we reached Manali, it was raining there. The weather was too chilling there, there was snow everywhere. Our angel was at the top of the seven skies. She was enjoying even rain. We decided to roam around Manali.
First, we went to:
1. Hidimba temple.
Hidimba Devi temple or Hadmiba temple, it is one of the most popular temples in Manali. This four-story structure lies amid a forest, called Dhungiri Van Vihar. The locals have named the temple on the name of the surrounding forest area. Dedicated to Goddess Hadimbi (wife of Bheem, one of the five Pandava brothers of epic Mahabharata), it was constructed way back in 1553. The top conical roof is in metal while the other three square-shaped floors are roofed with timber tiles. There is also a 24-meter high tower.

2. Beautiful Tibetan Monasteries :
Manali has several colorful monasteries that represent the rich culture and history of the Tibetan people settled in Kullu and Manali.  These monasteries are surrounded by several small shops selling beautiful handicrafts and carpets, made by Tibetan people living nearby these monasteries. The Tibetan Monasteries also run a Thanks School of Arts and a Carpet-weaving Center to preserve ancient Tibetan art. The paintings inside these buildings depict events from Lord Buddha's life and the Kalchakra, i.e., the wheel of life fixed on the wall of the monastery shows the human life cycle. The Buddhists believe that rotating these wheels gives you salvation.

I wish you will enjoy my post. Do comment, I would like to hear from all you.
Please take care of yourself and you're loved one. We will win over this battle, we have to. Stay fit, stay safe.

Jegging and top!!

A very Good Afternoon to all loves ones!!

Yes, we are still fighting against COVID-19 and we will fight till we win. I pray for good and sound health for all of you and your close one.
I love to fashion and so love to try new things for styling. This time I tried Jeggings.
Jeggings are one of the fasting growing trends in the whole world of fashion, let alone legwear. They are fast overtaking the more classic and more traditional types of legwear, and they are becoming among the most useful, versatile and well-loved wardrobe essentials we have ever seen. Leggings themselves are the things that are really on the rise, but if you were to pick one particular type, it would be jean leggings or ‘jeggings’.  jeggings may seem the perfect counterpart to any blouse, sweater or an oversized top

This time I thought to give a very formal look with black jeggings. I had this very pretty green color top. I feel I can opt for this look for my daily office. Today I wore trendy, high heel boots with it. Maybe I won't wear them while going office as they are not so easy to walk for longer. time. But this looks superb!!! What do you say??

Please drop your comment, give me your expert advice. I will be waiting for you.

Stay fit and healthy. Tace care of yourself, stay sanitize!!!
